The person must be encouraged to take to the good behavior, when the person mind is healthy, healthy body is the fruit of this hard work. Once the individual decides to follow the path of self-control and try to exercise self-restraint then the individual is bound to have a developed self. Development of an individual is possible when a person comes face to face with the vices and virtues of the self and tries and overcome the weaknesses and strengthen the virtues and try and in-cash its benefits. Self-development is a wider term and self-control is just one way to initiate and speed the process of development of the hidden and latent self of an individual. Self-control makes an individual neglect the negativity of life and automatically takes to the path of success.
